Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping MAY take 1-4 weeks, depending on your individual locations. Most orders ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. We reserve the right to ship from any of our our sourcing partners, who are located worldwide. Items ordered together - may be shipped separately, depending on warehouse availability - no need to be alarmed. Shipping is currently FREE for ALL orders - no minimum purchase required. We are US based and ships worldwide. Please know your countries laws and regulations regarding the products you order - we are not liable for returns due to incorrect addresses and import restrictions.
Additional shipping charges may be added by your local shipping partners - these are rare case and usually involve delivering to remote areas.
Due to the nature of items being sold - they are no returns. See Purchase Policy for exceptions. Proof of purchase will be required to process any returns.
PLEASE BE ADVISED We will only review orders within 7 days of when you received your original order. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or exchange even if there is an issue - so please contact us within that timeframe.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Free Plus Shiping (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Free plus Shipping items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective from the manufacturer or damaged in transit. Photo proof will be required to validate claim. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide with further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initially shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All returns items should be mailed with a trackable service. Shipping insurance is optional - but highly recommended for items valued over $35. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item - so please retain your tracking information.
