Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your items arrived damaged and/or defective. Charcoal You Agents are always standing by to assist you. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item has been received and validated in our US based return center.

SALES AND PROCESSING

Most orders are shipped within 2 days of purchasing. We do reserve the right to ship from any of our shipping partners which means your items may arrive from different parts of the world - including our partners in the US. However, depending on the demand for certain items, processing times may take longer.  In rare cases, items may take up to four weeks for shipping. Please note we are committed to your total shopping experience and will provide timely and updated information accordingly. We DO NOT guarantee delivery times once the item has left the warehouse facility - but we will provide tracking information and shipping updates all the way until your items are delivered. Times below are estimates -  you will find they are surprisingly shorter than shown.

Approximate delivery schedule - 
US/Canada: 7 to 20 days
Europe/Asia/Australia: 20 to 30 days
Rest of the world: 30 to 40 days.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only prior to payment processing. Orders that have begun processing and packaging - unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

 

BACK-ORDERS

If your order cannot be shipped within the stated delivery date, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
